The financial services company and rating agency
Standard & Poor’s (S&P) has set targets to downgrade something once in
every few days. Its high level analysts are in a tremendous pressure to
downgrade some thing or some one.
After downgrading Indian economy last week, now it
has decided to downgrade Andhra Pradesh from its existing MMM rating to XXX
rating. “This sharp downgrade has been influenced by the recent bi-elections
held in Andhra Pradesh” said Mr. A.Satyanarayana Murthy, a senior analyst in
S&P team. This downgrade is so sharp that many Indian states have overtaken
A.P in the ratings. Bihar , with TTT rating is
now placed 3 slots above A.P.
