Dear Sir,

Sub:     Proposal for Joint Venture participation.

We take this opportunity to first congratulate you for the wonderful job done by successfully conducting the Cricket World Cup 2011 in the Sub-Continent, which proved to the world that we are capable of staging such mega events without any hitch. Every Indian is proud of you and your team from BCCI for the rousing success of the event.
The happiness and pride sprout from deep within every Indians’ hearts, more so because India has reclaimed the coveted cup after 28 long years.
HATS OFF TO YOU SIR.

Association Saikorian is an Association of Alumni of SAINIK SCHOOL, KORUKONDA, near Visakhapatnam, in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

Our Association is a charitable society, which has taken up many social activities like running a home for displaced children, Support to Government schools, Co-Managing Government Homes under Juvenile Justice Act, Running Community Centers, Free Medical Camps and Free Clinics.

We are planning to celebrate our School’s Golden Jubilee in January 2012. For which, we have drawn up a modest budget of 5 crores Rupees, which include, in addition to many activities, we plan to construct a Multi Games Indoor Stadium and present it to our Alma Mater to show our love and affection to an institution that made thousands of good citizens. But we are facing a lot of problems in collecting the required funds from our Alumni due to many reasons, which a seasoned statesman like you can easily understand.

So, we have a business proposal for the mutual benefit of you, the BCCI and our Association. We seek complete rights to display the World Cup Trophy in every city and town in India. We estimate that the revenue resulting from this activity will be anywhere between 100 to 150 Crores, including ticket sales for the display, TV rights for the entire show and other sponsors, willing to pay for advertising their products during this show.

We propose that the share of revenue shall be 60% to BCCI and 40% to our Saikorian Association. This is negotiable and we shall be happy to conclude this agreement as per the terms and conditions stipulated by you and BCCI.

We shall be overwhelmed and overjoyed if you can spare some time for our representatives to meet you and discuss the deal in detail. Kindly let us know your convenient date and time for our representatives to apprise you of the deal in detail.

We have deputed very honorable and dignified Saikorians like Lt Cdr (Retd) G.Kutumb Rao for detailed appraisal of our Association activities, Mr. K. Niranjan for appraisal of all the details of this deal. And most importantly, it is need less to tell a seasoned statesman and a reputed politician of your stature that the projected revenue is only an estimate and officially can be shown as far less. So, the revenues can be shared between us as per your terms. For which, we have deputed an expert in underhand dealings Mr. D.S.Kumar to discuss this issue with you in detail.

We sincerely hope that you will give this proposal a serious thought and let us know of your positive response at the earliest for the benefit of YOU, US and BCCI.

Thanking you Sir. We remain in anticipation.

T.Ravi.

Member, Events Committee,

Association Saikorian.
